Understanding engineering drawings & documentation 

Week 2: Subsystem Design 
Chassis & roll cage design, materials, and ergonomics 
Suspension & steering geometry (caster, camber, toe, Ackermann) 
Brake system basics and selection of components CAD modeling of key subsystems 

Week 3: Powertrain & Analysis 
Engine/CVT selection and gear ratio calculations 
Drivetrain layout and performance considerations 
Introduction to FEA for chassis and component analysis 
Material selection and basic manufacturing processes 

Week 4: Project & Internship Tasks 
Integration of subsystems into a complete ATV design 
Design validation, reviews, and report preparation 
Hands-on tasks: CAD, CAE, and design improvement activities 

WEEK 5 to WEEK 8: Internship Final project presentation and certification
